Welcome to Lotus Beauty, where we strive to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions before booking an appointment with us.

 

1. Warranty on Gel

A. We offer a warranty on gel services. If there is any damage within 3 days of your appointment, we will fix it for free. If the damage occurs between 3 to 10 days, there will be a fee for the repair.

B. Please note that the warranty only covers damage caused by our services, not external factors.

 

2. Appointment Policy

A. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a future cancellation fee.

B. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten or even cancel your appointment to accommodate our next client.

3. Our Commitment to You

A. We strive to provide the best possible service and experience for our clients. However, if we are ever late for your appointment, we apologize in advance.
